A WorkStream Playbook is one complete business workflow, automated end to end. Vendor Sourcing, Invoice Matching, Employee Onboarding, and Access Provisioning are each one playbook. Each playbook has defined stages, the agents that execute them, and the approval points where a human decides. Your plan sets how many you can run.
AAC is the shared consumption unit across all your active agents. Every action an agent takes, routing an approval, matching an invoice, redlining a contract, consumes a small number of credits. Credits reset monthly, with rollover depending on your plan. You can top up instantly from within the platform at $500 per 500 AAC.
You'll receive alerts at 25% and 10% remaining. A 50 AAC grace buffer prevents any mid-task interruption. If you exhaust credits consistently for 2+ months, your CSM will proactively discuss an upgrade or top-up plan to ensure continuity.
Yes. Playbooks are not licensed by application or department. A Starter plan can run Vendor Sourcing in Procurement, Employee Onboarding in People Ops, and Access Provisioning in Engineering Ops at the same time. Choose any four, in any combination.
Starter includes Core Workflow and Transaction agent classes. Advanced agent classes, including contract redlining, negotiation, and compliance monitoring, are included with Professional and above. Because the number of agents a workflow needs varies with its complexity, plans grant access to agent classes rather than a fixed agent count.
It depends on workflow complexity, which is why we do not sell agents by the unit. You configure the agents your playbook needs in VeroAgent Studio, within your plan's agent-class access and configured-agent ceiling. Your AAC pool governs how much they execute.
Every plan includes tenant provisioning, connector authentication, and product training. Your team configures playbook stages, agents, and approval thresholds directly in VeroAgent Studio. VeroTX FDESK is available as a separate engagement when you want to compress time to go-live or need integrations beyond the standard connector set.
