Product Manager
VeroTx Network, Inc. is seeking experienced Product Managers to join our startup to help drive our SaaS and Artificial Intelligence based platform development to enable a global marketplace network, workflows, and transactions.

We are looking for people with Source-to-Pay and Marketplace exchange networks industry experience who are passionate about designing, building, and maintaining reliable, and innovative products. If you have a great blend of product management, technology & industry experience; and execute consistently and communicate effectively, then this is the place for you.
Your duties and responsibilities
- Work with strategic team members to write feature requirements and acceptance criteria
- Translate the international supply chain and trade finance needs of the marketplace (buyers, sellers, banks, and other intermediaries) into requirements aligned with the overall product strategy.
- Work with technology groups across VeroTx to specify the requirements for underlying technologies (e.g. KYB/KYC, AI/ML-based workflows)
- Work closely and collaboratively with CTO, business functional analysts, and other senior management team members to prioritize features and roadmap
- Report back to the Sales and Marketing team and leadership on product delivery status
- Track and Report Team Status & Effectiveness
- Align with engineering and architecture teams on target architecture and technology framework
- Identify process for onboarding customers to product / function / feature
- Develop testing and quality assurance plans
- Understand and Adhere to VeroTx standards
- Plan and present demonstrations of the solutions developed
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time based on the needs of the business

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the field of Product Management in global Source-to-Pay, Marketplace exchange networks, Supply Chain Exchange, and Trade Finance
- Successful experience in product management execution and engineering partnership
- Thrives in startup culture and dynamic work environment where individual initiative and accountability are a given
- Understanding of current and evolving industry trends in global Source-to-Pay and Marketplace exchange networks
- Proven understanding of corporate and operational functions and how product management supports their needs
- Passion to deliver high-quality experiences on a global scale
- Metrics and data-driven to continuously deliver process improvement
- Excellent interpersonal skills; highly collaborative with confirmed ability in business partnering and influencing executives, internal customers, and management of third-party vendors
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on analysis and resolution of complex technical issues across teams and functional areas
- Ability to be nimble through constant change and unexpected challenges
- Self-starter and results-oriented, able to work under minimal mentorship
- Experience working in data platforms, data management/governance, reporting, and analytic areas is a huge plus
- Low code platforms and workflow-based product experience are a plus
- Exceptional written, verbal and active listening communication skills, including presentation skills
